What the ECHO warranty covers
Every ECHO comes with one year of JVL manufacturer warranty coverage. A claim requires proof of purchase, so keep your receipt or order confirmation. Registration is what puts your serial number and purchase details on file with JVL, so support knows which machine you have before you ever have to explain it — it does not replace proof of purchase, extend your coverage, or change when that coverage started.
The warranty covers the machine as JVL built it. It is void if the machine has been abused, mishandled, stored improperly, tampered with, or repaired by someone JVL has not authorized. Registration takes a couple of minutes and has three steps: the product, your details, and a short questionnaire about how the machine is used.
Warranty questions
How long is the JVL ECHO warranty?
One year of JVL manufacturer warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required to make a claim, so keep your receipt or order confirmation.
Why should I register my machine?
Registration puts your serial number and purchase details on file with JVL, so support knows which machine you have. It does not replace proof of purchase, extend your coverage, or change when that coverage started — keep your receipt as well.
Where do I find the serial number?
On a metal sticker near the bottom of the unit, on the left or the right side. It reads "Serial No." or "S/N" followed by numbers, in the format CT10-XXXX-XXXXXX. If you cannot find it, contact our support team.
What voids the warranty?
The warranty is void if the machine has been abused, mishandled, stored improperly, tampered with, or repaired by someone JVL has not authorized.
Which machines does this form cover?
The form asks for an ECHO serial number, so it covers both ECHO HD3 Home and ECHO HD3 Commercial. If you own a FLEX cabinet, get in touch and the team will point you to the right process.
What happens after I register?
Registration has three steps: the product, your details, and a short questionnaire. Once it is submitted, your machine is on file, and JVL follows up by email if anything else is needed.
